Smart Lock G2 Gateway-Compatible with Alexa Voice Control

Gateway WiFi helps you overcome the limitations of Bluetooth by enabling real remote control from anywhere. To set up the connection between the lock and the Gateway, follow these instructions:

Step 1: Ensure that the gateway is positioned close to the lock, the router, and your phone. Step 2: Open the "TTLock" app and follow these steps: - Click on the top left corner and select "Gateway". - Click on the "+" sign and choose G2 (Wi-Fi). - Plug the gateway into a power outlet. - Click "Next" when the red and blue lights are blinking alternately. - Select your Wi-Fi network and enter the password. Step 3: Check the status of the gateway indicator. If the blue light is on but the lock is not connected, unplug and reconnect the gateway. Step 4: Make sure that both your phone and the gateway are connected to the same Wi-Fi network during pairing. Step 5: Enable the remote unlock function on the Lock app before use by going to Settings and turning on Remote Unlock.

To pair with Alexa, follow these steps: Step 1: Log in to your Alexa app and select "Skills and games". Step 2: Search for "Lock". Step 3: Enter your TTLock account and password, then click "authorize". Remember to add "+1" before your TTLock account. Step 4: Once the lock has been successfully linked, go to "Devices" and select your lock. Step 5: Click on the settings icon in the upper right corner and turn on "Unlock by app" and "Unlock by voice".

Setting up the gateway is simple and can be done in just three steps, allowing you to control your smart door lock remotely through the TTLock App. For optimal performance, ensure that the lock is within 10 feet of the gateway and the gateway is no more than 32 feet away from the smart door lock. Use a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network for the connection.
