With August Smart Lock, you can keep your existing lock and keys while easily attaching the device to the inside of your door's existing deadbolt. Installation is a breeze and can be done in under 10 minutes with just a screwdriver. Grant unlimited access or set limitations for family members, friends, or service providers for a specific duration - whether it's weeks, hours, or minutes.

August Smart Lock is the only one equipped with Door Sense, a sensor that notifies you if your door is securely closed or left open. The Auto Lock feature can be timed to lock the door as it closes, requiring 110 to 240 volts for operation.
