How to add the gateway?

Please note: Once the gateway is successfully connected to the lock, avoid moving it. The optimal distance between the gateway and the locks should be within 32ft.

1. Enable the Wi-Fi on your smartphone and connect to a Wi-Fi network (Only 2.4ghz supported).
2. Turn on Bluetooth on your phone > log in to the TTLock account > enter TTLock > click on the Upper Left corner > click Gateway > click “ + ” > choose the Gateway Type: G2 Wi-Fi >
3. Follow these steps: Reconnect the power for the Gateway, when the indicator light on the gateway flashes red and blue > click Next > the App will automatically search for the gateway > click " + ” > select wifi-name, input wifi-password (Make sure to use the same Wi-Fi as your smart phone connected in the first step), and enter gateway name > ok
4. If it does not work, plug in both the gateway and the lock and wait 10 minutes to check if they are connected.【Universal Compatibility】 G2 Wi-Fi Gateway is compatible with smart locks that support the TTLock APP.
