1. Why isn't the gateway working with my lock? Once the gateway is successfully paired with the lock, remember to enable the remote function in the settings. Method: Settings--Remote Unlock--ON.

2. Is it compatible with 5G? No, it only works with 2.4G Wifi. The Veise G2 Wifi gateway is compatible with smart locks using the DD lock App/TT Lock App.

Remote control: The gateway allows for remote control, real-time status updates, and setting custom passwords through the DD lock App or TT Lock App. Voice control: Pairing the gateway with a smart lock enables compatibility with Alexa and Google voice assistants for voice-controlled operations.

Tips: A 2.4G Wifi network is necessary for pairing. Maintain a distance of 32 feet between the gateway and door lock for a stable connection. When adding the gateway, ensure your smartphone and gateway are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
