TTlock wifi gateway is only compatible with the TTLOCK app and offers multiple functions. You can monitor the switch status of your door lock at any time and from anywhere, check unlock records, remotely open doors for friends or family, and share e-keys or passwords. The gateway has extensive coverage and can control your lock from anywhere with a network connection. However, please note that this g2 wifi gateway only works with smart door locks that use the TTLock app.

You can easily check the working status of the gateway with the indicator light. A blue light indicates it is in working mode, while a red light signals network failure.

When adding the lock and gateway on your phone, ensure they are on the same WiFi network. The gateway should be placed no more than 32 feet (10 meters) away from the smart door lock to avoid connectivity issues. It is recommended to maintain a 1:1 ratio of locks to gateways for optimal performance.
