To add the gateway to the lock, follow these simple steps:

1. Turn on the Wifi on your smartphone and connect it to a 2.4ghz supported network.
2. Turn on Bluetooth on your phone, login to the TTLock account, enter TTLock, click on the Upper Left corner, click Gateway, click “ + ”, and choose the Gateway Type: G2 Wi-Fi.
3. Follow the Tips on the screen: Reconnect the power for the Gateway, wait for the indicator light to flash red and blue, then click Next. The App will automatically search for the gateway, click " + ”, select wifi-name, input wifi-password (make sure it's the same Wifi as your smartphone), and enter the gateway name.
4. If it doesn't work initially, plug in both the gateway and the lock and wait 10 minutes to check and ensure they are connected.

Integrating the lock with Alexa is also a breeze:

1. Add your gateway to the TTLock.
2. Open your Alexa app, click on More, go to Skills&Games, search for TTLock, click ENABLE TO USE, login to your TTLock account, and authorize.
3. Click Locks, choose the Lock, click on the upper right corner: Settings, and enable Unlock via app and Unlock via voice code.

Please note that when entering your phone number as your account, remember to add +1 before it (e.g. +113424204320).
