Your smartphone and the gateway should be connected to the same Wi-Fi network during the pairing process. 3. The gateway must be within the signal range of the router. Before purchasing, please note: 1. Only 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi is supported (not compatible with 5G Wi-Fi). 2. Supports Tuya Devices that work with Tuya Smart App, Smart Life App, or Our APP. 3. GHome Smart door locks cannot be voice controlled through the gateway.
