Certified by ClimatePartner LLC in 2023 Smart Lock, our TE217 smart lock only supports connectivity to a 2.4GHz network and should be within 10 meters of your router for optimal performance. It is compatible with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant devices but does not currently support Apple HomeKit, IFTTT, or Matter integration.

In the event that the batteries are completely drained, you will receive an alert when the battery power drops below 20%. You can use the emergency Type-C port for a quick charge, but we recommend replacing the 4AA lithium batteries as soon as possible. Additionally, we provide 2 mechanical keys for emergency access.

Your data is securely stored in US-based Amazon Web Services (AWS) servers with AES256 and SSL encryption to ensure bank-grade security. Our smart lock is designed for doors with a thickness between 1-3/8" to 2" (35mm to 50mm) and requires a door hole between 1-1/2" or 2-1/8" (38mm to 54mm).
